My babies in a little photo shoot. The secret to photographing pets?--take pictures of them where THEY want to be. They love sitting on the dryer if there is a blanket or clothes up there, so I bought some fake fur and put it up as a backdrop and waited. In less than 5 minutes, they had to investigate, and since they love lying down on soft things (another trick--give them props/something that THEY like), they came over and cooperated. The hardest part is getting them to look at the camera. I put it on 10 second delay so my pushing the button wouldn't shake the camera, so I just counted down and made noises or waved a feather. Worked pretty well!
